The natural color of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) is slightly yellow and translucent, with a glossy appearance. The transparency is better than that of polyethylene and polypropylene, but worse than that of polystyrene. Depending on the amount of additives used, it is divided into soft and hard polyvinyl chloride. Soft products are soft and tough, and feel sticky. The hardness of hard products is higher than that of low-density polyethylene, but lower than that of polypropylene, and whitening will occur at the bends. Common products: plates, pipes, soles, toys, doors and windows, wire sheaths, stationery, etc. It is a polymer material that uses a chlorine atom to replace a hydrogen atom in polyethylene. Application areas: chemical industry, fertilizer, construction, electroplating, etc.
Features: high surface hardness and excellent scratch resistance; surface resistance value is 10 to the 6th to 10 to the 8th power ohm, with excellent anti-static function, outstanding impact resistance and chemical solvent resistance; beautiful appearance, very flat and smooth; light transmittance is more than 73%.
The flame retardant grade is ul-94:v-0.

Hard PVC extrusion board is produced by the world-advanced CM80 conical twin-screw extrusion production line introduced from Cincinnati Milacron, Austria. The product quality is first-class, the color is generally gray and white, and PVC colored hard board can also be produced according to customer needs. Its color is bright and beautiful.
The upper limit of product thickness: 25mm-30mm or less, and the thickest can reach 65mm now.
Product width: 900mm, 1300mm, 1500mm, the width of the product depends on the width of the mold.
Performance characteristics: The quality of this product implements GB/T13520-1992. It has excellent chemical stability, corrosion resistance, high hardness, high strength, UV resistance (aging resistance), fire resistance (self-extinguishing), reliable insulation performance, smooth surface, no water absorption, no deformation, easy processing and other characteristics.
Use: The product is an excellent thermoforming material, which can replace part of stainless steel and other corrosion-resistant synthetic materials.
PVC sheet performance:
General performance PVC resin is a white or light yellow powder with a relative density of 1.35-1.45. The hardness of the product can be adjusted by adding plasticizers.
Mechanical properties PVC has high hardness and mechanical properties. And it increases with the increase of molecular weight, but decreases with the increase of temperature. Hard PVC has good mechanical properties, and its elastic modulus can reach 1500-3000MPa. The elasticity of soft PVC is 1.5-15 MPa. But the elongation at break is as high as 200%-450%. PVC has average friction, with a static friction coefficient of 0.4-0.5 and a dynamic friction coefficient of 0.23.
Thermal properties PVC has very poor heat stability, starts to decompose at 140буC, and has a melting point of 160буC. PVC has a small linear expansion coefficient, is flame retardant, and has an oxidation index of more than 45. Therefore, a heat stabilizer needs to be added during processing to ensure the performance of the product.
Electrical properties PVC is a polymer with good electrical properties, but due to its large polarity, its electrical insulation is not as good as PP and PE. The dielectric constant, dielectric loss tangent and volume resistivity are large, and the corona resistance is not good. It is generally suitable for medium and low voltage and low frequency insulation materials.
Environmental properties PVC can withstand most inorganic acids, alkalis, salts, and most organic solvents. Suitable for pharmaceutical and chemical anti-corrosion materials.
The product is a high-strength, high-transparency plastic sheet produced using high-grade imported raw and auxiliary materials. The product colors include white, sapphire blue, brown, coffee and other varieties.

It is also suitable for linings of acid-resistant and alkali-resistant and corrosion-resistant equipment, sealing gaskets, petroleum, chemical industry, environmental protection electroplating, aluminum profile oxidation tanks and electrophoresis tank workshops and waterproofing projects. The operating temperature is -20бл+40бц.
Specially used for PVC transparent plate construction welding, specification is 1.5-3mm, length 1000mm, varieties include single root, double root, etc.
