Polypropylene fiber anti-corrosion tape is a new type of pollution-free, harmless and environmentally friendly anti-corrosion product. (1) Surface treatment of steel pipe: remove rust, welding slag, burrs, oil, dirt and keep it clean and dry. Manual rust removal should reach St3 level, mechanical rust removal should reach Sa2 level, and meet the requirements of SY/J4007-86.
(2) Primer: Use a special primer. Keep away from fire when using. Stir well and apply evenly with a clean brush, roller or other mechanical methods. Primer dosage: 12©O/L for manual application and 20©O/L for mechanical application
(3) Wait until the primer is dry (usually after 5-10 minutes) before wrapping the tape.
(4) Backfilling the trench: The trench can be filled after passing the quality inspection.
(1) The tape should be protected from exposure to sunlight, rain, and crushing and deformation during transportation.
(2) If it is subjected to freezing below 5¡æ during transportation or storage, it must be stored at around 20¡æ for 48 hours before construction can begin.
(3) It should be stored in a cool warehouse with a temperature of 5-30¡æ and a temperature of <75¡æ.
