Polypropylene staple fiber

Polypropylene staple fiber is a kind of fiber. Polypropylene staple fiber can improve the crack resistance, permeability, impact resistance, frost resistance, explosion resistance and workability of mortar/concrete. Tens of millions of fibers are evenly distributed in mortar/concrete, playing a good role of micro-reinforcement, which can well maintain the integrity of the structure, avoid the structure from being dispersed into many fragments when it is damaged by impact, prevent the corrosion of steel bars in the structure, and greatly extend the service life of the project and reduce the maintenance cost of the project.

Product Features

1. High strength and elastic modulus are beneficial to the mechanical properties of concrete.

2. Strong bond strength with cement surface, hydrophilic treatment is conducive to hanging ash and improving strength.

3. Excellent dispersion, no agglomeration, effectively ensuring its anti-cracking performance.

4. The fiber has stable chemical properties and strong acid and alkali resistance.

Enhancing function of concrete

Prevent shrinkage cracks of mortar and concrete; improve the deformation and toughness of concrete; enhance anti-seepage and anti-cracking performance; improve the impact strength of the wall; improve the peeling resistance and wear resistance; improve the impermeability and freeze-thaw resistance; enhance the reinforcement function; prevent the mortar from drying and cracking and prevent the expansion of cracks.

Main use

Used in anti-cracking putty powder, thermal insulation mortar, concrete, construction engineering layers, walls, floors, pools, basements, and access bridge projects, it has anti-cracking and anti-seepage, wear resistance, improves toughness, improves impact force, explosion-proof, and also has tear-off resistance, and improves the bonding strength of the new and old interfaces

Technical parameters

1. The recommended mortar dosage per cubic meter for ordinary plastering mortar is: 0.9-1.2kg, generally 1kg/m3.

2. The recommended amount of thermal insulation mortar per ton is: 1-3kg.

3. The recommended amount of concrete per cubic meter is: 0.6-1.8kg, generally 0.9kg/m3.
