Thermoforming technology is a plastic sheet (plate) thermoforming technology, which belongs to the category of plastic secondary processing industrial technology.
Thermoforming technology is different from injection molding, extrusion and other primary processing technologies. It does not process plastic resin or particles by heating molding or continuous molding with the same cross section through the die, nor does it use machine tools, knives and other mechanical tools for cutting to obtain the required shape and size. On the contrary, it is achieved by heating the plastic sheet (plate) material, deforming it under the action of the mold, vacuum or pressure, and finally obtaining the required shape and size.
