Melt recycling is a technology that restores waste plastics to their original state by reheating them and using them to make new products. This process can be divided into two main types: one is the recycling of clean waste plastics collected from resin plants or processing sites, and the other is the recycling and reproduction of various plastic products that have been mixed for use. The former is relatively simple to process and can produce plastic products with good performance, while the latter is more complicated to process and usually only produces products with slightly inferior performance.
Simple recycling refers to the recycling of clean waste plastics recovered from the scraps of resin plants and processing plants. The recycled plastics obtained in this way are of higher quality and can be used to make plastic products with excellent performance.
Compound recycling involves the recycling and reproduction of various plastic products that have been mixed together after actual use. Because these plastic products may be contaminated or mixed with other substances, the recycling process is more complicated, and the performance of the plastic products finally produced is often not as good as those obtained by simple recycling.
