Polypropylene plastic flow agent is a chemical additive specially used to improve the fluidity of polypropylene plastic. This additive can significantly improve the flow ability between polypropylene molecules through specific chemical and physical effects. When added in small amounts, it can greatly improve the melt index of polypropylene plastic and enhance its fluidity during molding. In addition, polypropylene plastic flow agent can also increase the surface gloss of the product without affecting its other properties.
Polypropylene plastic flow agent has the characteristics of easy mixing, small dosage and convenient use. It usually appears in the form of solid particles or powder and belongs to the category of organic compounds. Its technical indicators show that the thermal decomposition temperature is higher than 300¡æ and the processing temperature is consistent with that of polypropylene plastic.
It is widely used in the processing technology and products of various polypropylene plastics (including recycled polypropylene plastics).
During use, users should ensure that the polypropylene plastic flow agent and PP resin are fully and evenly mixed according to their own production conditions. The specific dosage is generally 0.2% to 1%, but the actual dosage needs to be determined through experiments.
Polypropylene plastic flow agent should be kept ventilated and dry during storage, and avoid direct sunlight. During transportation, it should be protected from rain and sun. The shelf life of the product is 12 months.
