VCI anti-rust masterbatch is another name for anti-rust masterbatch. Rustoter (rust terminator) VCI anti-rust masterbatch is the basic raw material for producing gas phase anti-rust plastic film (functional plastic film that can package and prevent iron and non-ferrous metals from rusting). It is a functional resin masterbatch concentrated and refined by special processing technology from "PE, composite VCI gas phase corrosion inhibitor and various auxiliary additives".
Applicable fields: automobile, electromechanical, machinery, bearings, military industry, electronics, metallurgy and other industries.
Applicable metals: steel, cast iron, brass, bronze, stainless steel, zinc alloy, cadmium alloy, chromium alloy, nickel alloy, gold-plated tin, ferrous metal, etc.
Performance description: Keysun2100 VCI anti-rust masterbatch is the basic functional masterbatch for manufacturing gas phase anti-rust film. Its main components are gas phase corrosion inhibitor and resin. Keysun2100 VCI anti-rust masterbatch is light yellow with a slight odor.
Shelf life: 1 year in a dry environment.
Anti-rust period: 2 years (when the standard thickness of the anti-rust film is 0.1mm).
Instructions: Mix Keysun2100 VCI anti-rust masterbatch with LDPE and LLDPE plastic particles in a predetermined ratio, stir thoroughly until uniform, and make an anti-rust film through a film blowing unit. During the production process, the heating temperature of each zone of the film blowing machine should not exceed 200¡æ, and a certain odor will be generated during the production process.
Proportion: Under normal circumstances, the addition amount of VCI anti-rust masterbatch is 2% of the plastic particles. Under normal circumstances, the standard thickness of the anti-rust film is 100¦Ì.
Packing method: sealed packaging in aluminum-plastic composite bags (because the vapor phase anti-rust masterbatch is not resistant to moisture).
