The Vacuum Forming packaging sealing machine is mainly used for the heat-sealing packaging of Vacuum Forming shells and paper cards. It uses the pulse heating principle (select different current outputs and power-on time according to the size of the workpiece (heat-sealing area), and then completes the heat-sealing packaging under cooling and pressurization. The packaged products are transparent and beautiful, and the packaging speed is fast.

1. Press the chassis switch button, the switch pin automatically opens and then opens the box door. Introduce the compressed air pipe from the small hole at the bottom of the rear of the chassis, and then insert it into the air pressure regulating valve inlet joint in the chassis.
2. Close the chassis door, turn on the air source switch to input compressed air, the machine pressure plate automatically rises, according to the size of the packaged object, the thickness of the Vacuum Forming forming sheet and the actual packaging According to the installation situation, rotate the knob of the air pressure regulating valve to adjust the air pressure to the appropriate pressure. The greater the air pressure, the faster the pressure plate presses down, and the greater the pressure. It is generally appropriate to adjust it to 5-8kg/cm2.
3. Insert the machine wire plug into the 220V AC power socket, turn on the machine circuit, and connect the whole machine circuit.
4. Adjust the thermostat knob, set the required temperature value, turn on the heating switch, and preheat the pressure plate to the set temperature value.
5. Set the heating time according to product needs, generally 36~5S.
6. Place the bakelite mold on the turntable, put in the plastic cover and paper card.
7. Turn the turntable to align the mold with the bottom of the pressure plate, and the pressure plate will automatically press down. After the heating time is completed, it will automatically rise to complete the packaging.
8. Take out the material and inspect the effect. After repeated adjustment and pressure testing to meet the packaging requirements, the product can be put in for formal packaging production.
