Whitening masterbatch is a kind of building material.
Recently, the number of raw material manufacturers has increased rapidly, the price of raw materials has soared, and the quality requirements of customers have become higher and higher. The competition in the raw material market has become increasingly fierce. Most raw material manufacturers use a large amount of recycled materials to reduce costs. The use of recycled materials makes the color of the products black, and the direct addition of whitening agents causes uneven color of the products because they cannot be stirred evenly. In order to solve the above problems, Dongguan Weitai Masterbatch Factory has developed a whitening masterbatch specifically for raw materials. It is composed of raw materials, titanium dioxide, whitening agents, dispersants, antioxidants, anti-aging agents and other ingredients. The use of this product can significantly improve the whiteness, make the products feel thicker, fuller, and more uniform in color, thereby achieving the purpose of increasing the use of recycled materials and reducing costs.
Second, use:
Mainly used for whitening of various types of plastics.
Third, use method:
Add this product in appropriate amount according to the whiteness requirements of the product. The recommended addition amount is 0.5-1.5%, that is, 5-15kg/t. (When the amount of recycled materials increases, the amount should be increased appropriately).
Fourth, Packaging and:
The product is 25kg per bag, packaged in PP woven bags, lined with po film, stored in a ventilated and dry place, avoid sunlight exposure, high temperature, rain, and moisture-proof.
Five, storage shelf life is one year.
