Polypropylene board (PP board) is a building material used in chemical and electronic industries, with the characteristics of high stiffness, high hardness and high strength.
PP board (polypropylene) has high stiffness, high hardness and high strength, but the notch impact toughness is average. PP material can withstand tensile stress and is easy to weld. It becomes brittle at low temperatures, and has excellent chemical stability and electrical properties. The working temperature ranges from 5 degrees to 100 degrees.
Characteristics: low density; heat resistance, no deformation; high stiffness; high surface strength; good chemical stability; non-toxic and harmless;
Disadvantages: average toughness, average oxidation resistance, average wear resistance, brittle at low temperatures, cannot be welded at high temperatures, and is easily restricted by weather conditions.
Application areas: pump and valve components, drinking water and sewage pipes, seals, spray carriers, corrosion-resistant tanks and barrels, acid and alkali-resistant industrial use, wastewater, exhaust gas emission equipment, washing towers, clean rooms, semiconductor plants and related industrial equipment and machines, food machinery and chopping boards, electroplating processes, toy parts, dental catheters, widely used in chemical, mechanical, electrical and electronic industries and other structural materials.
