In terms of institutional guarantees, the Implementation Measures propose to promote green product certification for express packaging, establish and improve the green packaging standard system for the express industry, promote the use of environmentally friendly packaging by express delivery enterprises, improve the recycling level of express packaging, and promote packaging reduction and recyclability; Establish and improve green management and evaluation standards for enterprises in emerging areas such as e-commerce, express delivery and take-out. In addition, according to the Implementation Measures, Zhejiang will promote the use of bio-based products such as straw-coated lunch boxes and degradable plastic bags that meet the performance and food safety requirements in the field of catering takeout.
