Polypropylene corrugated packing materials include polypropylene (PP), polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and glass fiber reinforced plastic (FRP). There are two forms of assembly: inclined tube and straight tube. Polypropylene corrugated packing is mainly used for various sedimentation and sand removal. It is the most widely used water treatment device in water supply and drainage projects in the past decade.
Product introduction:
It has the advantages of wide application range, high treatment effect and small footprint. It is suitable for water inlet sand removal, general industrial and domestic water supply sedimentation, sewage sedimentation, oil separation and tail wari concentration. It is suitable for new construction and renovation of existing old pools, and can achieve good economic benefits.
Product features:
1. Large wet perimeter and small hydraulic radius.
2. Good laminar flow state, particle sedimentation is not disturbed by flocculent flow.
3. When the length of the polypropylene corrugated packing tube is 1 meter, the effective load is designed at 3-5 tons/©O. V0 is controlled within the range of 2.5-3.0 mm/s, and the effluent quality is optimal.
4. Honeycomb inclined pipes are used at the water intake. When the pipe length is 2.0-3.0 meters, it can safely operate and treat in high turbidity with 50-100 kg/m3 of mud and sand content.
5. The polypropylene corrugated filler sedimentation tank is used, and its processing capacity is 3-5 times that of the horizontal flow sedimentation tank, and 2-3 times that of the accelerated clarification tank and pulse clarification tank.
