Parallel twin-screw extruders are widely used in the filling, blending, modification, reinforcement, devolatilization of chlorinated polypropylene and super absorbent resins of rubber, plastic and engineering resins; extrusion of degradable masterbatch, polyamide polycondensation, polyurethane polyaddition reaction; granulation of carbon powder and magnetic powder, preparation of cable insulation materials, sheath materials, low-smoke and low-halogen flame-retardant PVC cable materials and various silane cross-linking materials, etc. Small models are mainly used for scientific research and teaching.

Product Features

Parallel co-rotating twin-screw extruder system:

The screw and barrel adopt a "building block" structure with good interchangeability and can be used in any combination according to different material processing techniques; the barrel is made of nitrided steel and bimetallic materials, which are wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant and extend the service life; the threaded elements are made of nitrided steel and high-speed tool steel, and the curves are computer-aided designed with unique processing technology to ensure the normal tooth surface clearance of the threaded working section and good self-cleaning performance; the specially designed connection method and transmission device enhance the strength of the threaded elements and mandrels. The above measures achieve the purpose of uniform material dispersion, good mixing and plasticizing effect, short material retention time and high conveying efficiency.

Deceleration system:

Using a special reduction box for plastic machinery, the transmission parts are made of high-quality, ultra-high alloy carburizing steel, combined with carburizing, quenching, and gear grinding processes. The key parts have added surface strengthening treatment, the tooth surface strength is HRC54-62, the core hardness is HRC30-40, and the gear is 6-level. The system has the characteristics of high speed, high torque, and low noise.

Feeding system:

Adopting a double-screw with agitator quantitative feeding system, the feeding is uniform and accurate, and there is no racking phenomenon.

Electrical control system:

Adopting imported electrical components, the control panel is a human-machine interface, and each part of the equipment adopts "module" control (it can also be configured according to user requirements). The multi-functional module has a clear structure and a safety interlocking device (such as lubrication pressure loss protection, head pressure protection, overcurrent protection, etc.), which truly reflects the operation status of the equipment, accurate control, high sensitivity, and easy operation.

Heating system:

Adopt cast aluminum, cast copper, ceramic resistance heating device, uniform heating, fast temperature rise, high temperature control accuracy.

Temperature control system:

Adopt dual-channel temperature control meter, sensitive response, convenient temperature setting and adjustment, high temperature control accuracy.

Cooling system:

Adopt water cooling, oil cooling, air cooling, rapid, uniform cooling, good effect.

Vacuum system:

Built-in vacuum system, vacuum degree can reach -0.09Mpa., so as to ensure the full plasticization of materials and improve product quality.

Auxiliary machinery:

According to the different process requirements of users, various pelletizing forms such as cold strand pelletizing, drag chain pelletizing, air-cooled die face hot cutting, water ring hot cutting, etc. can be selected.
