Plastic recycling machine is a general term for machines that recycle and regenerate waste plastics (daily life and industrial plastics). Plastic pyrolysis technology is still in the experimental research stage, so plastic recycling machine mainly refers to waste plastic recycling granulation equipment, including pretreatment equipment and granulation equipment.

Plastic Regeneration

The traditional way to deal with waste plastics is landfill and incineration. Landfill not only takes up a lot of space, but if the anti-seepage measures are not appropriate, it is very easy for the leachate produced to enter the surrounding surface water or infiltrate the soil, posing a long-term and serious threat to the environment and health of residents around the landfill. Direct incineration of waste plastics may also produce dioxins to pollute the atmosphere. Toxic and harmful substances in the bottom ash after incineration are further enriched, and still need to be landfilled or further harmlessly treated. Therefore, it is more advantageous to recycle and reuse waste plastics after sorting. Different plastics can be collected, classified and granulated and used as recycled plastics. Plastics can also be reduced to monomers through pyrolysis and other technologies to participate in polymerization again, thereby realizing the recycling of resources. Waste plastic recycling is both environmentally friendly and can be reused for the second time, saving resources.

Common sense of recycling

Plasticization recycling

It is to heat and melt the waste plastics and then re-plasticize them, and restore the original properties of the plastics for use, including the use of properties lower than the original requirements. Plasticization recycling can be divided into "simple recycling" and "composite recycling".

Simple recycling (simple recycling)

This refers to the recycling of scraps, gates, waste and defective products and residues produced by resin production plants, plastic production plants, and plastic machinery processing, including some single, batch, clean and only used once waste plastics, waste plastics used for disposable packaging, waste agricultural films, etc., as secondary material sources for recycling.

In the recycling and processing of waste plastics, for simple recycling, most plastic factories first use their own waste plastics. Some are recycled and granulated before use, some are directly used after crushing and processing, and some are neither crushed nor granulated, and are digested by the factory.

Simple recycled materials are recycled materials that restore the original properties of plastics.

Composite Regeneration

The so-called recycling of waste plastics mainly refers to the recycling of waste plastics collected from the society with large quantities, complex varieties, many impurities and serious pollution. Among these waste plastics, there are plastic parts, packaging products, fertilizer bags, cement bags, pesticide bottles, fish nets, agricultural films and packaging barrels scrapped from industrial and mining enterprises and agriculture, food bags, plastic bottles and cans, toys, daily necessities and plastic cultural and sports products in the lives of urban and rural people, and waste plastics containing a small amount of fillers and plasticizers. The composite recycling of these messy, messy and dirty waste plastics has a relatively complicated recycling process.

Composite recycling is mostly carried out by township enterprises and small and medium-sized factories, but whether it is plasticized recycled granulation for sale or directly incorporated into product molding production, as a secondary material source, it must be accurately classified and selected, and impurities and oil pollution must be strictly removed before the recycled materials can be incorporated into the products in a certain proportion.

The quality of composite recycled materials is generally lower than that of pure recycled materials.

Pretreatment equipment

Dayun¡¯s so-called waste plastic pretreatment refers to the screening, classification, crushing, cleaning, dehydration and drying of waste plastics. Each link has its corresponding mechanical equipment, namely pretreatment equipment. For example: plastic crusher, plastic cleaning machine, plastic dehydrator. Of course, each equipment also has various models and characteristics, mainly according to the plastic raw materials and output to choose the corresponding machinery.

Granulation equipment

Plastic granulation refers to the plasticization, extrusion, drawing and granulation of broken plastics, mainly plasticization extrusion equipment and drawing and granulation equipment. That is, what we often call plastic granulator (plastic granulator) and plastic granulator. Similarly, the plastic granulation equipment used is different according to different plastic raw materials and output.
