Introduction
Supply-Black Saigang rod-Black Saigang rod-Black Saigang rodPOM: commonly known as Saigang. It is a thermoplastic engineering plastic with high melting point and high crystallinity. Due to the good properties of POM, it is very suitable for machining on automatic lathes, especially for manufacturing precision parts.
POM-C/H (black, white): respectively represent polyoxymethylene copolymer and polyoxymethylene homopolymer. Copolymer has low melting point, thermal stability, chemical corrosion resistance, flow characteristics, hydrolysis resistance, strong alkali resistance and thermal oxidation degradation, and better processability than homopolymer. Homopolymer has high crystallinity, creep resistance, lower thermal expansion rate, wear resistance, mechanical strength, rigidity, heat deformation temperature, etc. than copolymer. (POM-C copolymer is commonly used in POM semi-finished products on the market)
POM-H+PTFE (dark brown): POM-H+TF is DuPont DELRIN (Teflon) fiber. It retains most of the strength of POM-H. Due to the addition of DELRIN (Teflon) fiber, some properties have changed, it is slightly softer, less rigid, and more slippery than pure polyoxymethylene resin. Compared with pure POM, this material has better lubricity.
Characteristics: high mechanical strength, high rigidity, high hardness; excellent elasticity; good creep resistance; high impact strength even at low temperatures; very good dimensional stability; good sliding performance, wear resistance; excellent mechanical properties; physiological inertness, suitable for contact with food.
Applications: bearing rollers, bearing rings, building hardware, cogwheels, pump housings, screws, fine processing and clothing industry parts, etc.
