Extrusion Line

Parallel twin-screw extruder

Product name: SJSZ series parallel twin-screw extruder

Product introduction: The barrel and screw adopt a "building block" structure, a fully meshing screw, and strong self-cleaning performance. It can be combined and compared according to the user's process requirements for various materials. It has interchangeability and wide adaptability, and has good mixing, plasticizing and exhaust effects. The barrel material can be selected according to the processed materials, 38CrMoALA, nitriding treatment; or alloy bushing, good wear resistance. The barrel adopts cast aluminum heater and water cooling. It adopts DC motor, thyristor speed regulator or British European 590 speed regulator; or AC motor variable frequency speed regulator.

SJ series new high-efficiency single screw extruder

Two-stage overall design, strengthen plasticizing function, ensure high-speed and high-performance extrusion. Special barrier, BM type comprehensive mixing design, ensure the mixing effect of materials. High shear and low melt plasticizing temperature ensure high-performance extrusion of materials.

SJZ series conical twin-screw plastic extruder

SJZ series conical twin-screw plastic extruder is a high-efficiency mixing and extrusion equipment. It has the advantages of low shear rate, material is not easy to decompose, uniform plasticizing and mixing, high output, excellent quality, good self-cleaning, wide range of adaptability, long service life, etc. PVC powder is directly molded with good results. It adopts automatic temperature control, vacuum exhaust, oil cooling of the screw core, and air cooling or oil cooling of the barrel. The main motor and feeding motor can adopt AC frequency conversion speed regulation system or DC speed regulation system respectively. This machine has a wide range of uses. With the corresponding screw, die head and auxiliary machine, it can extrude various thermoplastics, thermosetting plastics and modified plastics from powder state directly into tubes, plates, rods, films, hollow, special-shaped cross-section profiles and other plastic products. SJSZ series conical twin-screw extruder, equipped with corresponding screws and auxiliary machines, can extrude various thermoplastics, especially rigid polyvinyl chloride powder, directly into tubes, plates, sheets, films and special-shaped materials, etc., and can also complete the modification of various plastics and powder granulation process. This machine adopts DC motor, thyristor stepless speed regulation, overload protection and fault alarm, screw core oil circulation constant temperature, barrel oil cooling, and is equipped with vacuum exhaust pipe device and quantitative feeding device.

Extrusion production line - plastic extrusion profile production line

Plastic extrusion profile production line is a kind of plastic machinery product. In addition to this kind, there are also plastic pipe production line, plastic sheet production line, etc. Plastic extrusion profile production line is mainly used to produce plastic door and window profiles, plastic decorative sheets, PVC foam profiles and other plastic products.

According to the molding state of co-extrusion materials

Plastic profile extrusion process can be divided into two categories: front co-extrusion and rear co-extrusion according to the molding state of co-extrusion materials. Front co-extrusion refers to the composite molding of two materials in the process of not being fully formed; rear co-extrusion refers to the composite molding of one material with another material after it has been fully formed. The advantage of rear co-extrusion is that it can utilize waste materials and has better economy.

According to extrusion materials

Plastic profile extrusion process can be divided into two categories: organic co-extrusion and inorganic co-extrusion according to different extrusion materials. Organic coextrusion includes front coextrusion of the same material (such as front coextrusion of fine material and recycled material) and front coextrusion of different materials (such as front coextrusion of PMMA and PVC) and back coextrusion of soft and hard PVC; inorganic coextrusion can be divided into aluminum-plastic composite coextrusion and steel-plastic composite coextrusion.

Here we focus on back coextrusion, aluminum-plastic composite profile coextrusion, steel-plastic composite profile coextrusion and two-color coextrusion technology.

Compared with the traditional front coextrusion (hereinafter referred to as FCE) technology, the back coextrusion plastic profile extrusion process has the remarkable characteristics of simple process, flexible application, low scrap rate, easy recycling, and controllable bonding strength. At present, this technology is mainly used in the manufacture of profiles for doors and windows with sealing strips.

The traditional front coextrusion plastic profile extrusion process technology is a one-time molding technology. Two or more extruders extrude molten materials with different rheological behaviors or colors into the same molding die. These melts flow in their respective flow channels in the molding die, then converge and extrude at the die, and then evacuate in the molding sleeve to cool and shape.
