Polypropylene storage tanks are steel containers used to store polypropylene. Polypropylene storage tanks are mainly used for the storage and transportation of polypropylene.
¢ÙPlastic storage tanks have good integrity after one-time molding, no welds, never leak, strong impact resistance, high tensile strength, good anti-oxidation and anti-aging properties, and meet sanitary food standards.
¢ÚDue to the excellent performance of linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE) and the special structure of rotomolded storage tanks, the service life is more than 15 years.
¢ÛThe chemical resistance is very excellent. Except for a few solutions that can swell it, it can almost withstand most material solutions.
¢ÜPlastic storage tanks have the characteristics of internal and external corrosion resistance and can be placed in a highly corrosive environment.
¢ÝGeneral storage tank use conditions are normal temperature and pressure; in special cases, the storage tank use conditions can be less than 70¡æ and the hydraulic pressure is less than 1kg/cm2.
¢ÞRotational molded anti-corrosion storage tanks have great advantages in large-size, large-capacity and large-volume products. Despite the large size, they still maintain the characteristics of one-time molding integrity, which is unattainable by other storage tank processes.
¢ßCompared with traditional anti-corrosion storage tanks, they are cheap and have a high performance-price ratio.
Polypropylene storage tanks are mainly suitable for the storage and temporary storage of materials in the production of chemical, petroleum, pharmaceutical, food, grease, printing and dyeing, metallurgy, environmental protection, light industry and other industries.
The structural forms of this equipment are divided into vertical and horizontal types, of which the vertical type is further divided into hanging ear vertical type and flat bottom vertical type.
